Rep. Delia Ramirez recently asserted that “I’m a proud Guatemalan before I’m an American” while bashing America at the left-wing Panamerican Congress in Mexico City. The anti-border radical Ramirez is the daughter of illegal aliens and is married to a DACA-beneficiary illegal alien. Her remarks show how decades of unchecked high levels of mass immigration, both legal and illegal, have hampered and even discouraged assimilation.
